Yes, the price shared with you is the basic cost that also includes the packaging cost. The client only needs to pay for packaging development cost and advance amount for any packaging material that is in excess due to MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) issues (this gets refunded in the long run).
Our MOQ is 1 Tonne, per flavor per variant. You can expect 20,000 pieces of 50g each in this quantity.
Unfortunately no, you cannot divide. The MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) is per flavor, per variant.
Mainly all you require is a FSSAI Marketing License. But we also need to make sure that the correct categories are listed on your marketing license as per the product you want to manufacture.
One cannot consider Kitchen trials as the final formula. A lot of studies, research, testing is required to make sure the formula is Stable, as per your requirement. Thus, NPD will still be required.
In case of ready formulations, the payment terms are 50% advance and 50% before dispatch. For New Product Development projects, payment terms are 30% advance, 30% on first prototype and remaining 40% on product approval.
The KLD and the Text matter for the artwork will only be shared after we receive Purchase Order and the advance payment as per agreed terms.
Yes you can, but this will make the project a New Product Development project as the team will again have to analyze and study what effect those “tweaking’s” are having on the overall product, stability, etc.
For projects that involves our ready formulations, the first commercial order can be delivered within 60 days from the date of PO. In case of NPD projects, timelines vary from 45 days to 180 days depending upon the complexity and stability studies (if any).
Although we are more comfortable in working with our approved vendors, but we can also work with vendors of your choice given they can supply to our locations and can supply the exact RM/PM we require, as per our specifications.
